2. Lord Bell was a seller 95.0c and said he would be a buyer when it was back at 50c to 60c without any real stock specific analysis on the 19th March 2019;
3. Lord Bell got called out for the very quick change of sentiment without any justification;
4. Lord Bell started giving us his bleak macro musings about the global economy, yield curves and PMIs rather than contributing anything to the conversation regarding DUB.

You decide on the credibility, although if he believes what he preaches regarding global markets he should be joining the flight to safety and leave our growth story alone.
