If you look at Weebits technology just from a power saving perspective, I'm sure it will happen in the cloud storage space. With the rollout of NBN in Oz and other countries, No use have super highways and only having shopping trolly speeds and memory that just cannot cope, From the cloud needs to 1000x faster so good fit IMO
Then With electricity prices going off there face, The big companies will be looking closely at anything that will save them money, Help the environment and provide a better and service especially for fibre optics.
Would hate to think how much pollution crypto currency generates.
So anything that helps slow down pollution I'll invest in.
