Yes, I suppose that could be the reason. I had thought (perhaps mistakenly) that it was shares (that exercised options provided) that could be held in escrow - not the options themselves.
rdncoic will know what the position is. I wonder when the escrow on the options (assuming it exists) will be lifted so that EUR can get that much needed capital into its coffers.
