Honestly the preparations in Guantanamo should tell you everything you need to know.
High level visits.
Dock repaired. Reports of prison barges being transferred there.
Military groups being transferred.
Renovations....hundreds of millions of $$. New construction.
Legal basis in effect.
The Department of Defense establishing protocols for press attendance and transport.
Public being prepared. Press centers in Guantanamo and Fort Meade.
They are getting everything ready.
For what ?
