    I think the later, a cap raising for 20mil will result in 1:1 dilution at these prices anyway and their track record during exploration/development is not good in respect to SP appreciation/promotion.

    20-40mil equity and 120mil debt at 20% interest still allows for an derisked SP in the 20c region based upon the project NPV.
