I do disagree,
The Higgins are just normal people, They would rather their land than the $300,000 that was offered. They would rather the scrub land and greenness than a massive hole in the ground.

I think a gold mine is better than a corner of an xmas tree farm....but I am an investor. Mines are filthy monstrous things, disgusting. Keep them away from me and ill be happy to profit from them and utilise the resources.
