Im no lawyer but they both seem like very weak arguements, but like what lawyer wouldnt encourage legal proceedings! The minister has the authority simple as that. Anyway if your right Surge we will see them attempt a judicial review shortly which was expected all along. Hopefully it gets thrown out like the last legal challenge from Steeple holdings.
