I think they would be snapped up (well depending on financing deal), if a fair financing deal is announced tomorrow you will still owe me a carton of coronas and a bottle of turkey (IMHO).

"but in reality the financing has to be goal kicker".... No it does not... NO FREE LUNCHES... appropriation was step 1... next financing..... how many more steps/milestones till $$ flow atv's way. I say we have only completed step 1 in an 8 step process.

I think macro improvements will likely have more of a positive impact than the announcement of financing. (Sorry just my gut feeling I cant prove/justify that)

The goal kicker will be gold pour, hopefully anyway, cash from gold sales flowing into Wally pockets is what is needed!! Still not a guarantee after first gold pour.

5, 10, 20 happen for a reason..... THEY ARE DIFFICULT TO ACHIEVE!!!!
