The promotion problem is totally Wally's fault.
He has no idea how investors think and does not understand what is required to get investors interested in the company.
Wally will only employ people who line up with his view on how the company should be promoted and the results speak for themselves.
If you employ no names and proven failures who couldn't promote there way out of a paperbag then you end up with the current result.
There are good people out there but Wally wouldn't recognise their value irrespective of whether they have been outrageously successful or not and he is worried about overpromoting the company and subsequently underpromotes the company because he is so conservative.
Wally should stick to what he does best and remove himself from the decision making process when it comes to employing a decent PR person, Wally has proven beyond any doubt he is incompetent in this critical area.
Wally may be brilliant when it comes to finding gold and understands exactly what is required to run a successful mining operation but in this vital area of investor promotion that will determine how much potential shareholder dilution he needs to wake up and smell the coffee before its too late.
