The medium long term chart over the last 4 or 5 years looks interesting. I noted large spike in the price of IBN in October of 2013 and again in October 2015. October 2017 is coming up in a couple of months lets hope for a similar
spike again into the 3.0-3.5 cent level.
I am a shareholding in this now. Here for the medium to long term. I believe the model they are using has serious
potential. The pipeline of property available to sell is extraordinary compared to a traditional real estate set up where
agents battle their guts out just to get 1 or 2 listings a month or so. IbuyNew has access to thousands of properties many
of which are in quality areas and seem like nice options for those looking to owner occupy, invest or just get on the
property ladder for the first time.
I noted today that we had a relatively big seller, looks like trying to shake the tree especially now that we are probably
close to the next update, the last of which was in April. I am hoping for much increased sales activity considering the
number of commission only agents that came on.
I feel the company has a tremendous base from which to work, a lot depends on the agents that have come on board
and their ability to sell but also the strategy going forward. IBN should consider buying a single agency operation and
try and expand it either by franchise or organic growth. There are plenty of options available to grow here lets hope they do it well and that the company can get a real kickstart with a growing shareprice.
