You are absolutely correct. Now that the Irish accent has gone, what remains is plain English. I wholeheartedly agree that it is very unlikely that PPN is insolvent. Up to date accounts would certainly help. Given that the administrator is there, the issue of insolvency should be quickly resolved.

Two quick questions. Is the Administrator compelled to break the service contract and given the absence of a third director what happens at the end of the Administration?

The farce that was played out last year still confounds me. What could possibly have been going through their minds when they didn't make a formal offer yet, they attempted to be 'discreet' by making an offer from a company called G Spot (I mean seriously) that, coincidently shared the same office bathroom (I'm assuming) as Trimble's accountants. The fact that they sent offers to Action Group members and yet neglected to send offers to other 'neutral' shareholders also creates more uncertainty as to what they really expected to achieve. If their objective was to purchase shares then, why make offers to Action Group members and not 'neutral' shareholders. In fact, why not make the offer to all shareholders thereby both increasing the possibility of attaining more shares without blatantly breaching regulations. I find it impossible to reconcile how the people responsible could realistically believe that that coarse of action had any chance of success. To then think that the accountants vetted this and obviously played some part in this is even more concerning.

Have we gone that far whereby not just individuals but entire organisations have become that brazen that, they have no concern to even cover their own tracks when they are clearly attempting something that, is at the very least highly questionable.
