It didn't get pumped - the market woke up that this is a massive deposit and the shares increased in value due to market interest in conalt and zinc.
Point taken that they probably would have had to raise at 10c if this didn't take place, although if they had of waited another month they would have been raising at 20 when the shares were 30.
