The cap on the AML share price, page-3

Just to be clear on your first point  pawn man...I have not changed my opinion on the massive potential of this project. The company DOES have massive metal resources, which at current metal prices are valued somewhere in the order of TWELVE BILLION DOLLARS!!!. at some stage i believe the Walford Creek project will be a very successful producer. I was simply offering my opinion as to why the market valued the company so cheaply.
I stand firm on that opinion, and if readers want further evidence of the sort of people Harris and Collins are, look no further than the announcement giving themselves 10 million shares at 14.5c !!  a slap in the face for the punters paying 19 and 20cents a week or so ago before the raise. What should shareholders/investors take from that?, it would have been somewhat comforting had the directors shares been issued at pre-raise prices. (I think someone may have voted on that in the market today)  And they issued a further 3.3million shares to employees and contractors at 15.1c...without bothering to identify the 'contractors and employees'.

Orchard have 80,866,645 shares as at 30th June 2017,  23.24% of Aeons then issued capital. In addition they have 2 tranches of warrants (or options). Tranche 1, 73,000,000 expiring on 17th December 2017 and exercisable at 9.35c per warrant. These warrants are 'in the money' and one would think they will be exercised. Orchard will probably NOT pay cash ($6.825million) they will instead reduce the debt owed by Aeon by a similar amount and take delivery of the shares.
Tranche 2. 85,000,000 expiring on 17th December 2019 and exercisable at 16c per warrant. These warrants are 'out of the money' and have more than 2 years to run so they wont be exercised any time soon.
With regard to the Q1 2019 start for Vardys, as i have said previously, i believe it wont happen. Bells have stated that the project BFS which was slated for this December will now not happen until the middle of 2018. You cannot produce a BFS in the middle of 2018 and be in production 6 or 7 months later....project finance, plant construction all has to happen etc etc,  it just doesn't happen that way  (at least not under this management team).
Anyway i suggest shareholders phone or email the directors and ask the question "As stated in March will the company produce a BFS for Vardys by December 2017 and, as also stated at that time, will Vardys be in production first quarter 2019" [email protected] [email protected] [email protected]  phone numbers are included on reports.  Many other questions also need answers but i doubt they'll be forthcoming. As evidenced by today's announcements, these directors treat shareholders with total contempt.
