Thanks Artseck for the detailed information.
Your earlier post on this company was very encouraging, but the most recent one is quite different. We could carry on regardless and ignore it - maybe its like the old saying regarding how sausages are made - we don't want to know the detail, just enjoy the product. However, the two ideas outlined by you are worrying, so I have carried out some basic research with Commsec's online share info.
Firstly, if the "Orchard" group (ie OCP Asia) has close to 50%, then takeover is on the cards. And that is definitely not good for shareholders at this stage. A check on Commsec's shareholder info does not mention the warrants, but lists OCP as a major shareholder as follows:
So can you provide more info about the warrants, etc? In the recent capital raising, did OCP Asia benefit?
Column 1 Column 2 Column 3 0 OCP Asia (Hong Kong) Ltd and its related bodies 75,959,762 shares 21.84%
Secondly, I don't know about the Century Zinc deal, but you are suggesting that the management of AML do not know how to run a mining company? ie are they out of their depth? In contrast, a very supportive posting about AML (in early August 2017 in the "Cobalt" topic on Hot Copper), stated that AML has huge metal resources, which may be increased by the current drilling program. Why do you think Vardy production will not commence in Q1 2019?
Thanks.
