I fear a real shake-out in Real Estate prices is coming over the next few years and unfortunately there will be a lot of little people who will get severally hurt.

I'm no spring chicken and so I've seen Real Estate downturns before.

Now is not the time to be buying Real Estate IMHO, now is the time to sit and wait.

I love 30-50% off desperation sales and I believe we will be seeing them in the not to distant future.

I recall the Japanese rout some years back and they were good to me........next time we'll see the Chinese rout.

I'm keeping my powder dry.................and waiting.

Perhaps MEA will do well out of the situation I forecast.
