Some times ago before MEA listed, I read an article ("who is selling/listing"??? can't remember), that is a spot on.
Listing Realestate agents such as Mcgrath is a great idea for those "John Mcgrath" to rack in money in pocket in a booming market.
And it is not necessarily as good for investors.
Profit goes to Mcgrath agents, not the company.
