    Just an interesting observation....

    I counted 12 real estate agents at Double Bay Sydney on New South Head Road spread over 500m.
    There are 4 of them in a row at one point. No McGrath.

    Banks are next numerous.....

    Followed by Fitness centres....

    Trying to figure out what that says about our society and economy.
