    What a shame this continues to fall, profit downgrade followed by profit downgrade. Top agents leaving left and right. Agents are some what of a commodity, when all the McGrath agencies shut down for the night there is no IP, product, complex supply chain protecting the business. Agents are the business.

    Calling this a sell at $2.10 was easy and a good reminder to all re any future IPO. Read the prospectus, clearly was liquidating existing shareholders.

    The real disappointment is many MEA agents were offered initial stock and have been severely burnt over the past year. I personally know a few who were suckered in.

    I have also met Cameron Judson, he is a smart guy and his track record shows. Unfortunately he has been given a leaking ship with his position merely to point it in the right direction.

    Fair value is anyones guess.
