Does Shorts as % of volume, means 70.88% of volume traded for that day or 70.88% of Issued Capital, if its % of volume traded that day then I can see that shorters are covering? But then I look at % of Capital shorted and its also up significantly which would indicate to me that shorters are accumulating? which one is it?
