Only confusing to someone who cannot tell the difference between the Australian tax system and foreign tax systems.
I guess some people use the system and understand how to gain maximum advantage within the rules, others are the lemmings who pay maximum tax.

As a very well known and rich Aussie once said - " I am not evading tax in any way, shape or form. Now of course I am minimizing my tax and if anybody in this country doesn't minimize their tax they want their heads read because as a government I can tell you you're not spending it that well that we should be donating extra."

Been interesting to see how the internet can confuse some people by not checking document source, have a good day. Enuff said.
