@Andrew1234 - I realise that the actual gold price is what drives the gold stocks but just that some times the patterns can be hinted at in the most obscure ways. I may be completely wrong worrying about what our XGD is doing - hopefully I am - but at the moment I have a list of stocks that I like that I have decided that I can go for if my short term concern turns out to have been unwarranted. Call it a bit of insurance and there have been some bloody good rises across the section in a number of stocks over the past couple of months.

Actually Andrew have you been following what an old favourite of ours has been doing - BTH. I missed the buy signal on it - well didn't take enough notice - and then wasn't prepared to chase it. But it has been such a good one. Haven't really been focused on tech since we got out of all that lot.
