Newmont takes over Goldcorp, Barrick takes over Randgold; and now Barrick immediately makes a low-ball hostile takeover offer for Newmont?!.............something is getting the US gold company execs all excited.
I am happy to watch it play out; although this 'Pantene' moment has been a while coming.
