    Brazilian Government Executive Orders due in the next 7 - 10 days. This would be the formal response and one would think, recomendations to be directed towards Vale.
    Vale bonds already under pressure with downgrades. The Executive Orders could be an inflection point.
    Vale also mine tin and bauxite in Brazil.
