Keep an eye on diesel price me thinks.
I remember reading that there will be tax changes to purchases of property from 1st Jan 2017. Vic, NSW, ACT and QLD all taking slightly different approaches with respect to stamp duty for foreigners or land tax for both locals and foreigners.
Short term blimp down and then flat growth going forward is my bet. Read somewhere else that a major builder (I think Dyldam?) ceased a major apartment development in western sydney because they couldnt sell anything off the plan.
