Its definitly a BUY
Sp looking very cheap right now, Asset per share $1.06, the debt mainly caused by the land they holding, the land is enough for next 5 years of development.
I live in one of the Avjennings house, its only the first stage. Its a huge piece of land,cost 70mil for the whole land, in central business area. first stage was sold out in blink of eye, thanks to thier exceptional quality location and design. My real estate friend told me they have at least 10 clients want to buy the house, but have to wait in a queue due to out of stock. Second stage on the move, will finish 4- 5 stages within 1 to3 years. Thier killara apartment now selling. Those property are from 800k to 1mil+. Thier balance sheet will looking better and better.
Avjenning is a big builder, they have huge advantage on running cost compare to other property developer.
The chart looking good, from july this year, we see a reversal, the bull get in control, riding all the way up here.
If the Sp break out of 0.55 we'll see significate rally on the way.
