Dentie , I didn't study it - rather just had a cursory view . it looked to me when they last raised capital for their feasibility , they issued x million shares at 30 cents , but also same amount of options to the private placement . This meant the capital provider could sell there shares below 30 cents , so their free exercise options might only owe them say max 5 cents each . Have a look yourself , just another way of getting the capital they need at a vastly different terms to bunny shareholders - which I didn't think was permissible under ASX rules . But that's the sort of things that go on with start-ups. Possibly a case of the ends justifies the means . They look like experienced operators to me . But small shareholders interests are often not first consideration. potentially the rewards on these start-ups are significant as is the risk . Hopefully it's such a good project "on paper" the overhang will wash outsoon enough. Hey there are smarter people to me on these forums - try to work it out yourself by rereading the releases as this is only my view
