"I'm going to give management a chance in seeing what their plan b is in an attempt to recover whatever I can"
Unfortunately this management told me to expect a $1.2m tax return when I expected it to be around the $2.5m. Following this further disappointment I decided to bale out of my attempt to recover some of my losses.
But then five days later they announced that it will actually be $2.5m and not the $1.2m that they said earlier, which is a big difference for a company that had a $1.68m mkt cap at the time. So that cost me $10k in lost profits.
But the asx doesn't care (at least no reply to the complaint I raised yet). Neither does ASIC. The Australian Newspaper was also not interested. It seems only a few of the shareholders bother, as they are the ones who got shafted by this misguidance.
But Olef as others have mentioned there comes a time to let go. Even if they were wrong, and you were a victim. We can't change the past or get the justice we believe that should be done. All we can do is choose our future path, and I don't intend to let this past ruin what is to come.
If one believes in karma, then it will be righted anyway. I'm not fully convinced of karma, but when I give shite that tends to be what I get back, and when I help it tends to come back.
cheers
