I agree HAV IO is well placed logistically for IO to Whyalla.
Unfortunately, it may not be until a new steel mill is built before the ore would be needed.
Time frame? - perhaps 4 years?
Gupta is a businessman and he will not be looking to pay anymore than he has to.
What other sources may he have?
Money needed for the other projects he wishes to get going and otherS we may not know about,
