Thanks Boz,while not wanting to pre-judge the outcome,and setting my bias for OBL aside,that was my gut feeling yesterday and hence my amelioration comment.

Did the non-action of going to OBL who had and still does have the right of first refusal ,in the first instance,make their claim for "something"null and void?,I dont know.

No doubt the mediation attempt records will shed some light on the matter.
Its an interestingly vexed issue, yes we want it,but at a reluctant buyers price,not that of an enthusiastic purchaser.
Have they at all times adhered to the agreement,not only in law but in the spirit of the law?
