Im kinda worried the justice guy asked the obl lawyer how he expected obl to get an enlarged share and that why it shouldnt instead make the application void and nobody gets the permit. This is when the obl lawyer suggested putting the argument in writing. My only solace was that the backreef lawyer was very quick in his arguments. Lot of legal crap I didnt understand, so under no circumstanves take thr above as legal or investment advice, or take tge above as an accurate representation of the public hearing.
