now let's minus cash from
oppies approx 12 million

now let's minus current cash, so we should have 4.5 million at the end of this quarter

so 28 million minus 16.5 million leaves us with an EV of 11.5 million

AVL are sitting at about 42 million MC minus 7.5million in cash... so roughly 34 or so million EV...

that's 3 times TMTs EV.... the gaps as wide as it's been for a long time...
