The SPP docs will be mailed out to the registered mailing address of all eligible shareholders.

Eligible holders should receive the SPP document later in the week, as they will be posted out later today, if they werent already posted out yesterday (tuesday).

I hope to read it all tomorrow and comment further!

I don't believe "equitable" means on a first come first served basis, rather on a pro rata basis - i.e. if the SPP is 100% oversubscribed you would get half your allocation, 200% oversubscribed you get 33.3% etc.
