From Section 6.2 SPP Offer (f) Quotation and Trading, there is no escrow for SPP shares.
Also Section 6.8 Quotation of Shares, the company will apply for the official quotation of these shares as early as 7 days after the date of this Prospectus, pending company's compliance with ASX Listing Rules.
