It's written in a road about way, but if you follow the piece of string to the end, you get the result, that some of the shares may not be put into escrow for 24 months, but it's something they are discussing with the asx.
They wouldn't include that language it if they weren't trying to get around the 24 month escrow period.
Translation they are probably going to push hard to get the shares of their initial investors not put in escrow, so those people can cash out, the idea of having capital unnecessarily tied up for a venture capitalist is extremely unappealing the pressure for them to get the asx to not escrow some of the shares would be intense.
