I am surprised to know there is a suggestion to raise more capital.
It is not that expensive to provide Wi-Fi to a shopping mall. You don't need massive amount of infrastructure. I am no Wi-Fi expert but I know that some city planners have conceptual plans to supply Wi-Fi to all major public places of the entire CITY.
The below Wi-Fi extender cost only about $200, for example. All you need to make this a profitable business is more customers (Just need to spend of marketing.) The main selling point is the analytic software. IMO
