Graphite is overly abundant, but is quoted as a weak link in battery tech for the anode. By application, most of it is synthetic - which makes sense as you'll get purer crystallinity. Virtually limitless in nature or factory. Graphene a possible advancement there, but in terms of mass, barely any graphite (mineral or synthetic) is needed to make sufficient graphene.
