HAV have good ground for cobalt, and I've been expecting them to announce something on cobalt for a while.  BPL resource is too low grade for my liking.

Cobalt has cooled for me now after reading that the cobalt cathode is easily substituted for an iron-phosphate cathode enabling more recharge cycles at the slight expense of energy density.  They are also safer.  Given those tech and regulatory edges, and cobalt supply risks, it seems logical (to me) that the manufacturers will move to that design.  BYR and GM already have.

However, cobalt price still has bullish geopolitical drivers with supply risks from Congo and the Philippines.
