Looks like someone, or some group, is unloading a fairly large position, and that weakness will most likely include setting new short position to ride the downside once it is complete.

There was a daily short entry in August and again in early September when it proved unable to regain the 13.15 level, so you could already be short.
The next level below is @11.88 if it breaks down through that and closes clearly below, then shows it cannot regain the level again.
