TA wise, both Monthly chart and Weekly chart are currently pointing down. I couldn't enter a stock looking like that.
You'll have presumably seen the long-term line of support in the low $2's. That needs to prove it can hold first, then some sign of an uptrend form such as a Higher Low at least on the weekly chart before entry.
I'd prefer to wait and pay a higher price for more certainty than entering now.
