Longish consolidation on many stocks, would suggest digestion taking place. Is there another leg down?

Interesting broker report today suggesting that Van Eck's large holdings in the larger producers I mentioned above has created significant over-valuation....EVN,RRL,SAR,SBM,NST......and that any volatility in POG may hit these stocks harder as the Van Eck ETF as redemptions hit. Of course, it all changes if POG moves back up from here
I would expect any move down below $1300 POG will happen quickly following the break but may well be recovered just as quickly
