Yep, interesting chart.
It may take a little time for the market to fully digest the large capital raising, and that might just push price 'generally' sideways in a range for a while (barring any large moves in the POO, as STO will also follow any large moves to some degree, up or down).
Which would probably be a good thing overall.......basing for a while, building a cause......
During that time, hopefully, crude has also sorted itself out, then both charts could move higher in unison.
