I'm also expecting volatility to continue. If you combine EM's liquidating FX Reserves (discussed above), with the new market protecting regulations...dodd frank etc there seems to be a huge impact to liquidity. When the market makers have their hands tied, it's a 1-way street, particularly on the downside when fear is rife.
Check out the size of candles compared to 2008 crash, then look at the difference in volume...it's all about liquidity.
