I like your XJO wave 2 down scenario and have something similar, although not Elliot Wave Theory.
I'm expecting sideways to down for "Time" with the potential to test the 2011 base as you have shown. A classic settup that occurs on all time frames, right down to the 2 minute charts.
There are also some larger time cycles falling due in 2016 suggesting some "Testing" will occur.
