Well i would definitely wont be holding the stock for over 2.20 unless there is anothe counter bid, they are all speculation atm. Was hoping for a higher offer but with Sigma offer, it doesnt look like a great start. Just look at FGL and CML, their sp have drop below their offer. Alot of brokers out there valuate API under 2 bucks so didnt surprise me with Sigma offer.
