Given this point, and that Tremont "vetoed" the 10% placement facility, it certainly isn't a difficult exercise getting all the dots connected is it!! We just all seem to be treading water until Tremont decide when they are going to make everything happen. In the meantime, I suspect the SP will be kept within the designated railway lines.
