The following has nothing to do with NuSep but is a fictional piece of work of my own imaging.
Imagine if the following happened:
A large shareholder planned to sell out of her shares and advised the Chairman and board as such. The board did not step in as they wanted the share price to be lower so that they could acquire shares themselves.
So the shareholder sells out and is accused of being a criminal for driving the price down, all the while this was part of a sophisticated plan.
Then, over the course of the year, the plan shapes up and certain parties lend money to the company at an exhorbitant rate, rather than issuing shares. Then after building up their nest egg with interest, paid by shareholders(and all the while not buying any shares on market), they arrange to convert their loan to shares at a 30% discount to the market price.
Thank goodness nothing like this would ever happen at NuSep!!!
