Fundamentals look great on this one. Forward PER is about 13 (market avg = 16). This one rarely trades below 18. Solid earnings, good divs, good business, gearing ok.
Like any business, there are risks, but I feel that this one has simply been out of favour for a while, and some big boys will want in with profits from a few others that have run recently.
My opinion only though...
