    Only negative will be the low allocations each shareholder gets from the SPP. the SPP is capped at $2.5m

    all it takes is for 166 existing holders to exercise their $15,000 rights - and when the last traded price is 100% premium to the SPP , I'm guessing the SPP will be 10 times oversubscribed (similar to the IPO insto raise)
