yes PoKO can be traded off market at the moment , I have just done paperwork for two parcels I am selling however time is running out as it takes 3 days at least for processing and both parties have to sign off market transfer forms so another few days for aust post as they only accept. Original signed forms. But at this stage it is doable if someone wants in.
