I will probably be voting no even after clarification because I expect TZ is going to be a company maker and I prefer to maintain my equity at these prices.
But the closer the shares are issued to 20c, the less I would resist. However the timing and potential discount appears to be aimed at discounted dilution prior to a significant re-rating.
